REFUND POLICY

For services that have already been delivered by Explora Books, Client shall not request a chargeback. However, a full refund will be performed by Client against Explora Books in the event of failure of the specific services to be delivered equivalent to the specific amount of the undelivered service. Explora Books shall maintain communication via email to report the service delivery or fulfilment “post-fulfilment report” due to the client indicating full delivery of the specific services. Client agrees that in the event of non-fulfillment by the Company, or no updates regarding the progress of the project after the timeline shall constitute for a refund request. If Company cannot be reached regarding this matter, it shall be eligible for chargeback. The Client shall not be eligible for a refund while the project is ongoing.
